Boardgame Kallax began as a personal passion project intended for the creator's use. It has evolved into a fully featured application that we believe many board game enthusiasts will enjoy.

2. Tier Structure & Subscription

a. Meeple Tier (Free for up to 10 Games in your library): This tier is intended solely to showcase the core functionality of Boardgame Kallax (e.g., library management, limited play tracking).

b. Kallax King Tier (Paid, for unlimited games in your library): This tier was created to sustain the hosting costs and fund future development of the application.

c. Voluntary Subscription: No user is ever forced to subscribe to the Kallax King tier. Subscription is purely voluntary.

d. Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Usage rights for the Kallax King tier will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.

3. Rights and Use

a. License: Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive license to use Boardgame Kallax for the duration of the paid subscription period.

b. Ownership of Data: All game data, play statistics, and user metrics generated on Boardgame Kallax (excluding any personal information required for login) remain the property of Boardgame Kallax. This data may be used to improve features, develop future services, or for internal analysis.

c. Suggestions and Support: While user suggestions are welcomed and valued, their implementation is not guaranteed. Support queries can be sent to support@boardgamekallax.co.za.

4. Limitation of Liability

Boardgame Kallax is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. By using this service, you agree to hold Boardgame Kallax harmless from any and all claims arising out of your use of the application.
